Roll forming line
Scaffolding Plank Production Line
A line producing the steel walking platforms of construction scaffolding; anti-slip surface embossing and drainage holes are formed in-line, and a press station for hook-end forming can be integrated.

Key features
Anti-slip surface forming
Diamond/knurl embossing is pressed continuously in the roll forming stations.
Drainage and lightening holes
Hole patterns are punched in-line; the platform gets lighter and safer at once.
End-processing integration
A press/station for hook bending and end trimming can be integrated at the end of the line.
Profile dimensions and thickness range are defined by your project; roll tooling is designed to your drawing.

Frequently asked
Common questions
Is the anti-slip perforation made inline?
Yes, the embossing and punching unit is integrated; the anti-slip pattern is formed on the plank surface while the profile is being rolled.
How is plank length set?
Length is entered as a recipe on the control panel; the cut length is servo controlled and can be changed within a batch.
Are the end caps part of the line?
The end-cap pressing unit is optional. On request it is added at the end of the line; otherwise it is done at a separate station.
