Applications
Energy
Energy is the fastest-growing application for coil processing. From solar plant structures to electrical distribution enclosures, a wide family of parts goes through the same core sequence: decoiling, levelling, forming, punching, cutting.

What we work on in the energy sector
Solar mounting profile
Complete roll forming lines for the C and post profiles used in solar plant structures.
Diagonal and bracing profiles
A separate line for the diagonal members of the mounting system; hole pattern and cut length are called from the recipe.
Cable tray
Perforated and plain cable tray lines — the punching unit sits inside the line, so no separate pressing step is needed.
Cable ladder
Ladder-type tray lines for heavy-duty cable management; side rails and rungs on separate stations.
DIN and terminal rail
Thin-gauge roll forming lines for the DIN rail profiles inside electrical enclosures; section tolerance decides assembly.
Electrical enclosures
Our press feeding systems run at plants producing sheet metal parts for electrical enclosures.

Frequently asked questions
What separates a solar mounting profile line from a standard profile line?
The hole pattern. Solar structures carry groups of holes at varying intervals along the profile, and those have to stay synchronised with forming. The line is built so the punching unit and the servo feed position together from the recipe; punching afterwards is both slower and costs you the tolerance.
Does forming damage the coating on galvanised sheet?
With the right roll design and surface hardness, forming does not strip the coating. The number of roll stations is what matters: if the section is built up gradually rather than in one step, the material is not forced. For profiles that will sit outdoors, this is directly a question of service life.
