Compact line or separate machines?
If space is tight and coils are up to 10 tons, combining decoiler, straightener and feeder on one platform solves installation, synchronization and floor-space issues at once. For larger capacities, separate machines offer flexibility.
Which configurations are available?
We offer three setups: decoiler–straightener, straightener–feeder and decoiler–straightener–feeder. The choice depends on your press line and existing equipment.
What are the speed and accuracy figures?
Free speed is 40 m/min and feeder accuracy is −0.1 mm; the 2+2 feed and 5 straightening rollers are Ø85 mm in diameter.
