Why is feed accuracy so decisive in series production?
The press has to find the sheet in the same position on every stroke. If the position drifts, the part dimension drifts with it and the die is loaded on one side, which raises both scrap and tool wear. In high-volume production a small deviation turns into a large number by the end of the day.
Can a complete feeding line fit into a tight footprint?
Yes — decoiler, straightener and servo feeder can be combined on a single platform. That is exactly what the compact line exists for: it shrinks the floor space that three separately placed machines would occupy.
