Cased Straightener Servo Feeders
Our cased straightener servo feeders handle strip widths from 30 mm to 1,600 mm. Straightener mandrels can be adjusted one by one; inlet-outlet guides and a drive mandrel piloting system are standard.

All models: material thickness 0.5 – 4 mm, free feed speed 35 m/min, roll diameter Ø85. The 9-roller layout has 2 feed + 5 straightener + 2 traction rolls; 7, 11 and 13-roller layouts are also produced. Schneider colour LCD touch display and 250-unit mold memory are standard.
