Mechanical Decoilers
Our mechanical decoilers carry coils from 500 kg to 2,500 kg. The hub is clamped by mandrel; speed control and a brake lining system are standard, and the unit can unwind in both directions.

Model suffixes: A motor driven (hold-down arm optional) · LA motor driven, 1,600 mm coil outer diameter and hold-down arm standard · F brake type, hold-down arm standard. Coil outer diameter is 1,300 mm on A and F models. On the 3,000 and 4,000 kg models the coil outer diameter is 1,600 mm, inner diameter 450–560 mm (630 mm with adapter) and mandrel expansion is mechanical. Conical plunger decoilers of 3,000–4,000 kg run sheet thickness up to 5 mm.
