Solar Panel Profile Production Line

We supply a complete Solar Panel Production Line for the production of the steel profiles and the brackets of the modular solar panels. All U-Profiles and C-Profiles used in the solar panels are produced in the roll forming line which is consisting of the decoiler, straightener, feeder, roll forming machine and the final forming machine.

Solar Panels are the part of the Solar energy system, which is a renewable free source of the energy. The popularity of the Solar Energy is increasing as it is sustainable and totally inexhaustible, unlike fossil fuels that are finite. Solar Energy is a non-polluting source of energy and it does not emit any greenhouse gases during the production of electricity.

Solar panels absorb sunlight as a source of energy to generate electricity. The most common application of solar energy collection outside agriculture is solar water heating systems.

The solar panels are consisted of the wafer-based crystalline silicon cell and steel profiles (mostly U-profiles and C-profiles). We supply the Roll Forming Line to produce all steel profiles of solar panels including the brackets also. The dimensions of the profiles are varies depending on the solar panel sizes. Our roll forming line is quite flexible and it is capable to produce all sizes without making any mechanical adjustment. The operator is inputting the parameters like length, width and thickness of the profile and the entire line is ready for the new type in just five minutes.

The Solar Panel production line includes several machines such as the Decoiler (uncoiler), Straightener Feeder, main Roll Forming Machine, Punching Device, Cutting Machine and Stacking Unit.
